Job summary

We Are With You in Cornwall seeks a Recovery Worker to join a busy, community-based team in Liskeard. The role offers a starting salary of £28,000 per year, including a £1,000 allowance, with yearly increments according to pay bands.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, driving a vehicle as needed. The post requires experience in health or social care, excellent communication, organisation, and the ability to build strong relationships

Qualifications

• ONC/NVQ level 3 or willingness to achieve within 12 months.
• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or similar setting.
• Driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential.
• Strong communication and time-management skills; IT competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality recovery support to a diverse client group.
• Work with clients to determine goals and create tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a local team to ensure a high-quality service.
• Be flexible to support other WithYou locations as needed.
