A warm and dynamic family based in London is seeking a fun, energetic, and highly organised Live-out Nanny-Housekeeper PA to support their busy household. This multifaceted role involves alternating responsibilities: childcare-focused duties when the children are present and housekeeping/PA tasks when they are with their mother. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and flexible, able to seamlessly manage both childcare and household responsibilities while maintaining a calm and efficient approach. A confident driver is essential, with the ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles for school runs, appointments, and errands. Additional duties include caring for the family’s two pugs, ensuring their daily walks, feeding, and general wellbeing. The candidate must be reliable, trustworthy, and committed, with a valid first-aid qualification being mandatory. Excellent organisational skills, a warm personality, and the ability to integrate smoothly into a busy household are key to success in this role.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working hours

• Week 1 (with the children): Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM
• Week 2 (without the children): Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM

Duties include

• Bathing the children and maintaining proper hygiene
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
• Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Managing household tasks and supporting with ad hoc PA duties as needed
