Were looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our friendly team in Preston Lancashire . In this role youll be the first point of contact for our customers helping to resolve queries process orders and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

Youll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams by :

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with care and efficiency
  • Managing order tracking invoicing returns and discrepancies
  • Supporting the sales team with quotes stock queries and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our processes and customer experience
  • Ensuring customer complaints are handled fairly quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with peers and contributing to a positive team environment
