Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is hiring an experienced Catering Supervisor for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). As a supervisor, you will oversee kitchens and service counters to ensure exceptional food and customer service.

You'll lead culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards, train staff, and maintain the brand's reputation across venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a catering environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain service quality.
• Communicate with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold the brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams, leading from the front.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
