Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our High Street brand catering and service operations on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences.

The role requires at least two years of catering experience, team management skills, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. You’ll lead from the front, train staff, monitor KPIs, and uphold health and safety standards.
