Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience minimum.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards and supervise culinary teams.
• Oversee service counters and maintain excellent customer service.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to line manager.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold brand image.
• Coordinate between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support staff to excel in their roles.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are followed across all teams.
