Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team at our retail location in the United Kingdom. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure outstanding customer service.

Join a heritage brand with opportunities for growth, hands-on leadership, and a focus on results. 7-day shift pattern including weekends may be required; strong communication and leadership are essential.

• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
