Tesco is seeking a Shift Leader to join our store team. The role focuses on leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent customer service, and driving daily store performance. You will ensure customer needs are met, manage flexible hours, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a welcoming shopping experience.

The position offers guaranteed hours (min 12) with more hours available, and opportunities for progression within Tesco.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week; flexible to work 12+ hours available.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
• Flexible and able to adapt to shift patterns.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead a small team.
