Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. FC Lead role based in Madrid will be a hands-on position supporting shift operations, guiding frontline teams, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained across the floor.

You will be the first point of contact for team members during your shift, coordinating with areas managers and other departments to deliver efficient operations and a smooth daily plan.

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Office in a professional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 CEFR).
• Experience with data analytics to identify problems.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide shift information to frontline management.
• Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise daily tasks.
• Support the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, safety, and workforce engagement.
• Work with other departments to address issues and support needs.
• Use data analysis to identify ways to optimise safety, quality and productivity.
• Based in one of our operational sites, assist the Area Manager with shift planning and ensuring procedures are followed.
