Job summary

Amazon in the United Kingdom is hiring an FC Lead to act as the first point of contact on shift, ensuring processes are followed and operations run smoothly in our Fulfilment Centres.

Based on site in Scotland, you’ll monitor workflows, train colleagues, and support the Shift/Area Manager with safety, quality and productivity improvements, while escalating issues when needed. You’ll collaborate with other teams to resolve constraints and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
• Experience in data analytics and using metrics to identify problems.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows and track onsite performance across shifts.
• Train and supervise employees to deliver great service and supervise them in their daily tasks.
• Support and collaborate on projects to improve processes, safety and productivity.
• Work with other departments to resolve issues affecting KPIs.
• Use data analysis to identify ways to optimise safety, quality and productivity.
