Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Learning Manager to lead a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist at the fulfilment centre. You will own end-to-end training programs, from needs analysis to delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and onboarding are prioritized on the floor.

You will work with EU learning teams to share best practices, plan and evaluate all training initiatives with the senior team, and coach leaders to develop management capabilities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training projects and programs.
• Experience managing teams and learning initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in learning design, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist.
• End-to-end ownership of the associate and leader training programs at site: from needs analysis to execution.
• Creating partnerships with EU Learning Teams to identify and share best practice.
• Planning, developing and evaluating training initiatives with the senior team and central leadership.
• Identifying and deploying training/coaching solutions to address quality and productivity needs.
• Providing coaching on leadership topics in 121s and workshops.
