Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc in Tamworth is seeking a Fuel Sales Controller with a background in customer service or administration. You will handle fuel enquiries, process orders from placement to invoicing, and manage fuel for sites with approved systems. A strong focus on accuracy and customer care is required.

The role offers 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a wide range of employee benefits and opportunities for development within Speedy Group.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills.
• Good computer literacy in MS Office packages.
• Strong communication skills both verbally & written.

• Commitment to learn and develop.
• Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar customer service or operational role.

Responsibilities

• Handle all fuel enquiries from new and existing customers via phone and email.
• Processing fuel orders from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
• Managing fuel for sites where a fuel management system has been agreed.
• Maximising fuel sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Processing orders on the company software and general administration.
• Assisting in the completion monthly fuel stock counts & management.
