• You will set clear goals and operational objectives for your team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring business targets are met.
• Supervise, mentor, and facilitate the professional development of team members, fostering a culture of accountability and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets for field service activities, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
• Be the focal point for all scheduling escalations.
• Strong focus on EHS, ensuring all mandatory requirements are met

What You Bring

• You would ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, but not essential.
• You will ideally have significant experience within the power generation or oil & gas industry.
• Possess proven leadership experience, managing people in remote and hybrid positions
• Strong analytical skills to drive process improvements.
• Skilled in operational and project management, with a focus on quality control and collaboration.
