Job summary

EthosEnergy is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support running turbomachinery services worldwide, including onshore, offshore and remote sites. You will perform maintenance, installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis and technical support, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver safe, reliable solutions.

The role requires PLC/HMI knowledge, Siemens/Solar turbine product familiarity, offshore travel, and a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in turbomachinery service environments.
Offshore medical and safety training; valid Right To Work in UK.

Responsibilities

Provide onshore, offshore and remote site support for turbomachinery.
Perform maintenance, installation, commissioning and testing of gas turbine systems.
Program, optimize and troubleshoot control systems (Step7/PCS7/AB).
Calibrate and repair electrical/electronic components; test functionality.
Coordinate onsite teams and prepare technical documentation.
Support sales with quotations and customer communications.
Attend EthosEnergy sites as needed for technical support and liaison.
