Job summary

Henderson Group in Larne is seeking a Team Leader to take a hands-on role in the Larne Frozen warehouse, ensuring efficient distribution of frozen products to Henderson Retail stores. You will supervise key warehouse activities, including picking, replenishment, goods-in and loading, and you will drive a culture of accuracy, safety and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse picking environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock control.
• Competent with warehouse management systems and goods-in/out processes.
• Valid UK/EU driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources to maximise efficiency and meet daily targets.
• Oversee VNA drivers performance and maximise efficiency.
• Supervise outbound processes including picking, loading, inspection and forklift operation.
• Ensure stock management systems are used to maintain stock integrity.
• Liaise with Transport, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal customers.
• Enforce health, safety and food safety policies and procedures.
• Manage team performance and address employee relations matters.
