Job summary

Henderson Group in Northern Ireland is seeking a Team Leader to guide the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager, you will lead operations, uphold store policies and drive performance in a busy retail environment.

We value ambition, teamwork and integrity, and offer opportunities to develop leadership skills while supporting community initiatives and local events. This role may include Post Office coverage when required.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18+ with prior store supervisory experience.
• Strong listening, interaction and communication with customers and team members.
• Target-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to follow store policies, standards and practices.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders (keyholder).
• Be a positive role model and uphold our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
• Train, manage workload and support your team while staying hands-on in-store to ensure resources are in the right place at the right time.
• Support the Store Manager to maximise store performance and implement the store plan and priorities.
• Promote and participate in initiatives to support the local community.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when needed.
