Job summary

Henderson Brown is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee night operations in Kent. You will lead a team to ensure accurate receiving and dispatch, meet customer service levels, and control costs while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI achievement, and a passion for continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse leadership or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering KPIs and targets.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of WMS, labour planning, productivity and cost control.
• Experience with HACCP/compliance and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to meet KPIs and costs.
• Ensure goods are received and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Analyse performance and manage labour planning for efficiency.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and HACCP compliance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
