Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a quality-focused First Line Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics team at Rugby 5. You will lead a small team of operatives and agency staff, ensuring accurate inbound receiving and high standards of product care.

In this frontline role you’ll champion safety, drive stock accuracy, and collaborate with outbound and inventory teams to deliver reliable, high-quality service for a luxury e-commerce account.

Qualifications

• Several years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-moving logistics or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and safety procedures.
• Ability to coach and manage agency staff and maintain high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations: allocate shifts, run morning huddles, mentor ~10 operatives and agency staff.
• Oversee inbound receiving from unloading to putaway, ensuring high-value merchandise protection.
• Maintain quality and care targets: ensure stock accuracy and presentation standards over speed.
• Uphold safety: conduct site inspections and address hazards promptly.
• Coordinate handovers with outbound, inventory, and shift management for smooth workflows.
