Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an energetic Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Operations Group at the Lutterworth facility. You will coach an engaged team of warehouse operatives, champion a safety-first mindset, and raise standards across a multi-client logistics hub where orders move safely and accurately.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will lead daily floor operations, manage resources, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining strict inventory control and high data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse supervisory or first-line management role within a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of core warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, stock control and risk management.
• Ability to balance shifting priorities, lead teams and track KPI performance.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shift Manager to prepare shift plans and allocate resources.
• Supervise inbound, outbound, stock movement and value-added services to meet productivity and service targets.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and identify process improvements.
• Champion workplace health and safety with daily site inspections and safety tests.
• Coordinate with warehouse colleagues, transport partners and customer service teams for smooth handovers.
