Iron Mountain is seeking a First Line Manager for the Warehousing & Logistics team at Rugby 5 facility. You will lead a frontline operations team, oversee inbound receiving, and drive high standards of accuracy, stock protection, and safety in a modern warehouse environment.

The role focuses on coaching staff, managing agency staffing, and enforcing rigorous manual handling standards while ensuring seamless daily transitions across shifts.

Formación

• Several years of warehouse supervisory, team leader, or first-line management experience in fast-moving logistics or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of core warehouse operations, inventory control and digital WMS.
• Proven capability in coaching staff, managing agency staffing flexes, and enforcing manual handling standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily team operations: direct shift allocations, conduct morning huddles, and mentor about 10 operatives and agency personnel.
• Oversee inbound receiving: supervise intake from unloading to accurate system putaway, protecting high-value merchandise.
• Maintain quality and care targets: drive inventory accuracy and presentation standards over rapid packing.
• Uphold safety compliance: perform site inspections, maintain clean staging areas, address hazards promptly.
• Coordinate cross-functional handovers with outbound, inventory, and shift management for smooth workflow.
