Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a quality-focused First Line Manager to lead our Warehousing & Logistics team at Rugby 5 facility in the United Kingdom. You will oversee inbound processes, champion meticulous care and high handling standards for luxury e-commerce, and mentor a dedicated operational team to uphold product integrity and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Several years of warehouse supervisory or first-line management experience.
• Experience with high-value goods and luxury e-commerce accounts.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to mentor agency staff and manage shift allocations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations including shift allocations and morning huddles.
• Oversee inbound receiving from unloading to putaway, safeguarding high-value merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and meticulous presentation standards in the dock.
• Uphold safety compliance with regular site inspections and hazard mitigation.
• Coordinate handovers with outbound and inventory teams to ensure balanced workflows.
