Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up evidence interviews and verification activities.
• Provide regular feedback on fraud trends and reporting to risk and intelligence teams.
• Lead customer education sessions with Jobcentre colleagues on responsibilities and consequences of non-compliance.
