Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience conducting initial and further evidence interviews for verification.
• Ability to interview claimants and verify documents for UC components.
• Strong communication and ability to educate customers on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview claimants and collaborate with Jobcentre colleagues face to face.
• Provide regular feedback on trends of fraud to analysts and performance teams.
• Lead customer education sessions on responsibilities and non‑compliance.
• Collate and maintain accurate Management Information (MI) as directed by analysts.
