Qualifications
- SIA Licence current and valid.
- Understanding of Assignment Instructions (AI’s).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer/client focused approach.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Computer literacy required.
Responsibilities
- Interact with visitors/tenants delivering first class customer service.
- Regularly patrol the shopping centre as per site Instructions.
- Maintain professional grooming and adhere to uniform policy.
- Ensure a safe and non-threatening environment for visitors/tenants.
- Liaise with control room and respond to incidents proactively.
- Assist third party contractors and visitors with site procedures.
