We Are With You in Shropshire is seeking a Recovery Worker to join our frontline team. You will manage a varied caseload, build trusting relationships, and deliver person-centred care within a supportive multi-disciplinary setting.

Based in Bridgnorth and surrounding areas, the role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with some Saturday work on a rota. Starting salary £26,250, rising to £30,900 with pay bands progression.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience in health, social care, criminal justice or related setting.
• A clear motivation for working in the drug and alcohol sector.
• Proven ability to deliver efficient and reliable customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an active caseload across towns and villages in South Shropshire.
• Provide continuity of care through effective partnership working and care coordination.
• Lead on assessment, risk, care planning and delivery of appropriate interventions.
• Work within a high-performing multi-disciplinary team to support client needs.
