You’ll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. As part of your role, you will be the first point of contact for the service, including taking referrals, doing assessments, covering staff absence and answering telephone queries.

This role will be based within the Criminal Justice team and will involve outreach to various locations such as prisons, court, custody and probation. This role is also subject to the candidate being vetted by Staffordshire Police.

This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis, until 13 September 2027. Some Saturday working may be required to meet the needs of the service. A driving license and access to a vehicle is an essential requirement.

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. You will have demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, or a clear motivation for wanting to work in the drug and alcohol sector. A successful track record of providing efficient and reliable customer service is essential.

You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and has a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders. A driving license and access to a vehicle is an essential requirement.
