Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Process Technician for Wargrave STW. No specific water industry background required; applicants from outside the sector are welcome. This frontline role involves working across sites, performing maintenance, and ensuring essential plant operations to supply customers and protect the environment.

Role includes scheduled maintenance, plant operation, and safety checks. Full UK driving licence required. 38 hours weekly, standby, overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve plant resilience.
• Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to ensure on-site operational and health and safety standards are maintained.
• Attending reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure.
• Keeping sites clean and tidy and undertaking safety and security checks.
• Carrying out daily site checks to ensure compliant operation.
