Job summary

Merlin Entertainments' Chessington World of Adventures is hiring a Frontline Lead to supervise a guest-facing team across rides, retail, and accommodation support. You will coach staff, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.

The role focuses on leading by example, training, and overseeing daily operations; flexibility in shifts is required to adapt to park needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally at a theme park.
• Strong focus on teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude.
• Ability to guide and support colleagues with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach frontline staff to meet operational standards and guest service.
• Provide on-the-job supervision for rides, shops, and guest areas.
• Coach staff through training sessions and performance reviews.
• Act as first point of escalation for guest concerns and operational issues.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to park policies.
