Job summary

Whitbread's Premier Inn in Llandudno is hiring a Duty Manager to lead the hotel during shifts, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.

This role requires strong leadership, decision-making under pressure and a willingness to work evenings and weekends; a permanent contract with guaranteed hours is offered, with pay up to £13.86 per hour for 32 hours weekly and opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in customer-facing work preferred but not required.
• Able to manage shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant.
• Decision-making under pressure and staying calm during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver pre-shift briefings.
• Coach team members and support guests throughout the day.
• Resolve guest queries and problems quickly.
• Collaborate with reception, housekeeping and the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Ensure guest safety and smooth hotel operation.
• Work with the Hotel Manager and leadership team.
