Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Duty Manager for the Premier Inn in Llandudno. This hands-on leadership role requires you to work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have an excellent stay.

You will lead shifts, brief teams, and support operations during busy periods to uphold service standards. The ideal candidate will enjoy leading from the front, solving problems, and driving a smooth hotel operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a high-traffic, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to coordinate across front desk, housekeeping and food service.
• Strong decision-making and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver pre-shift briefings.
• Coach and support team members during the day.
• Assist guests with questions and resolve issues.
• Integrate with reception, restaurant and housekeeping to ensure smooth operation.
• Identify issues early and take corrective action.
• Keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
