Job summary

The Vale Resort in Pontyclun, Wales, is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, supervise supervisors and team members, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership, you will manage staffing, rosters, payroll support, recruitment, and compliance with health and safety standards, while developing talent and ensuring delivery of high service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within Food & Beverage or Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily Food & Beverage operations.
• Leading and developing supervisors and team members.
• Managing staff rotas and labour costs.
• Delivering outstanding guest service and driving satisfaction.
• Coaching and training colleagues to support development.
• Recruitment, onboarding and performance management support.
• Payroll administration and absence management help.
• Monitoring service standards and compliance.
• Acting as Duty Manager in absence of the F&B Manager.
