Job summary

The Vale Resort in Pontyclun, Wales is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage supervisor to oversee the team across outlets and ensure service excellence for guests and members. You will supervise daily tasks, delegate duties, and help achieve departmental targets in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires flexibility between 6 am and 11 pm, five days over seven, with a salary of £24,654.11 per year plus benefits. The position is full-time and on-site at Vale Resort.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have previous food & beverage experience in a similar working environment.
• You will be motivated, have excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills whilst also having great attention to detail and excellent selling skills.

Job description

Working as part of the Food & Beverage team you will be responsible for supervising the team, working in any food & beverage outlet on the Resort as needed to deliver excellent service to both guests and members whilst ensuring departmental targets are achieved.

Contract: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Vale Resort.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed within the outlets.

Qualifications

• Food & Beverage: 1 year (preferred)
• Ability to commute or relocate to Pontyclun CF72 8JY (preferred)

Role

The role requires flexibility to work between the hours of 6 am-11 pm, 5 days over 7 days. In return we offer a Salary of £24,654.11 per annum along with:
