Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support delivering essential services across the Anglian region. You will provide frontline customer contact, book appointments, and ensure information is accurately recorded across operational teams.

You will also assist in campaigns, help generate appointments, and engage customers via phone, email, social media and self-service channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, particularly over the phone and across multiple channels.
• Experience with SAP and Genesys would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to capture and relay information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, booking metering appointments and capturing feedback to inform service improvements.
• Maintain and update systems and databases to provide accurate information and support performance management.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of work activities to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support social media and other campaigns to enhance customer engagement and service awareness.
