Clancy is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support the delivery of essential services in the Anglian region. You will provide frontline customer support, book metering appointments and capture feedback to inform service improvements.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as aCustomer Service Advisor supporting the delivery of essential services across the Anglian region. This role plays an important part in helping us meet our commitments to customers while contributing to environmental and social improvements within the communities we serve.

This roleprovides frontline support to customers through appointment booking and responding to enquiries or concerns.You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service while ensuring information is accurately recorded and communicated across operational teams.
Alongside customer contact responsibilities, you will also support engagement activities, including assisting with campaigns that help generate appointments and improve customer interaction through a range of communication channels.
You have excellent customer service skills, particularly over the phone, and confidence in using IT systems to manage and track activity. Experience with SAP and Genesys would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills are essential, and you should be able to engage effectively with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and self-service platforms.
