Job Description

As our next Front Office Team Member, you will:

  1. Take care of guests from their arrival through to their departure
  2. Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services throughout their stay
  3. Handle guest complaints and remarks promptly
  4. Carry out all operations concerning guest arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
  5. Inform guests about formalities, special conditions, and available services
  6. Handle phone calls
  7. Apply internal audit procedures
  8. Pass on information to other departments and team members as necessary
  9. Ensure all guest documentation is up-to-date and available
  10. Update guest information regularly
  11. Handle reservations

Qualifications
