Job Description

Located in the heart of London, Mercure London Bridge Hotel is looking for a Front Office Team Member / Receptionist to bring their sparkling personality to the role.

As our next Receptionist, you will:

Be the ‘face of Mercure London Bridge’, welcoming guests warmly, prioritizing their well-being, and adding a personal touch to their stay.

Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Be passionate about continuously improving hotel services.

A little more information:

You will receive training in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures to support your success.

Fluency in English is required to effectively welcome and care for our guests.

To help you settle into your role, we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience the guest perspective firsthand.
