Located in the Heart of London, Mercure London Bridge Hotel, is seeking a Front Office Team Member / Receptionist to bring your vibrant personality to our team.
As our Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of Mercure London Bridge, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for, while adding your personal touch to their experience. You will coordinate with various hotel departments to deliver exceptional service and will be committed to improving the quality of our hotel services.
You will receive comprehensive training in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures. Fluency in English is required. To help you settle into the role, we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience our guest perspective firsthand.
