Will be the ‘face of Mercure London Bridge’, welcoming guests warmly, prioritizing their well-being, and adding your personal touch to their stay.

You will coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure a memorable guest experience.

We seek passionate individuals committed to enhancing the quality of our hotel services.

Additional Information

You will receive training in all front-of-house functions and safety protocols to support your success.

Fluency in English is required to best serve and communicate with our guests.

To help you settle into your role, we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience our guest perspective firsthand.
