Job summary

Novotel Glasgow is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to guide and motivate our front desk team across the multi-hotel site, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to checkout. You will set standards, foster a friendly, professional atmosphere, and act as the face of Accor in the lobby.

You will lead shifts, oversee guest interactions, train colleagues, handle complaints with empathy, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to KPI delivery while maintaining cleanliness

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a front office or reception role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the front office team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out.
