Novotel London Blackfriars is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to guide the Reception team and oversee daily operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on guest experiences, and flexibility to cover days, evenings and weekends.

You will lead a high-energy team in a 182-room hotel, coordinating with other departments and delivering consistent guest care across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front desk or reception team.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends with full flexibility.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to the Reception team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Assist in effectively running front office operations with a hands-on approach.
• Help guests and create positive experiences.
• Be confident in guest relations and handling special attention needs.
• Maintain strong relationships and communicate with all departments.
• Work as duty manager when required.
