You will coach staff, manage duty manager shifts, handle guest requests, promote IHG One Rewards, and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office role with Opera or similar PMS knowledge.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover duty manager shifts and uphold hotel emergency procedures.
