Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Reception Supervisor to support the smooth operation of the Front Office and to supervise day-to-day activities. You will work with the Front Office Manager to inspire the team, boost guest experiences, and uphold company and hotel service standards across our Leonardo Hotels estate.

You’ll lead a vibrant team in a fast-paced setting, act as an ambassador for the brand, and contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and fairness for both guests and colleagues.

Formación

• Front Office or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and team collaboration mindset.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

The Reception Supervisor will support the smooth running and objectives of the Front Office department, as well as supervising day to day operations. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As Reception Supervisor you'll be the backbone of the team as you'll be working with the Front Office Manager to inspire and motivate your colleagues, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role! You'll be supervising the Front Office operations and inspiring a vibrant team to exceed guests' expectations.
