Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a proactive Reception Supervisor to support the smooth running of the Front Office and supervise daily operations at one of our Leonardo hotels in London. You’ll work closely with the Front Office Manager to motivate the team and ensure guests have memorable experiences.

We’re looking for a team player with strong organisational skills who can coach colleagues, handle fast-paced environments and bring practical solutions.

Once you’re part of the team, you’re part of the Leonardo community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland! The Reception Supervisor will support the smooth running and objectives of the Front Office department, as well as supervising day to day operations. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As Reception Supervisor you’ll be the backbone of the team as you’ll be working with the Front Office Manager to inspire and motivate your colleagues, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be supervising the Front Office operations and inspiring a vibrant team to exceed guests’ expectations.
