The Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Pauls is seeking a Reception Supervisor to support the smooth running of the Front Office. You will supervise daily operations, coach and train team members, and act as an ambassador for the hotel, ensuring guests have memorable experiences in line with our standards.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel.
