Job summary

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Front Office Nights Team Member for full-time night shifts in Manchester. You will warmly welcome guests, handle queries, and contribute to the safe, smooth operation of the hotel overnight.

Experience as Nights Receptionist/Concierge is beneficial. Proficiency with Opera Cloud is a plus; a team player with a customer-first mindset will thrive in our culture of personal, human connection.

Qualifications

• Experience as Nights Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent is beneficial.
• Willing to work nights 22:45–07:15 and across 5 nights per week.
• Confident using hotel systems; Opera Cloud is a big plus.
• UK work eligibility must be met.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests throughout the night and respond to queries or requests.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks during night shifts, including cleaning or reporting for safety.
• Collaborate with hotel team to deliver personal and memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for an authentic and driven Front Office Nights Team Member (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

What do you need to be a Front Office Nights Team Member?

Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be taking care of our guests throughout the night, responding to any queries or requests and making sure any late arrivals are met with a warm welcome. You will also be responsible to do ad-hoc tasks throughout the night such as cleaning or preparing reports to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. This role is varied and you may be completing different tasks depending on the need of the Hotel!

So, We Are Looking For Someone Who Has…

• Availability to work 5 nights across the week, shift times 22.45 - 07.15
• Experience working as a Nights Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a Hotel is beneficial
• Passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests!
• Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera Cloud specifically is a big plus
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
