We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Front Office Manager working in one of our hotels, part of the University of Edinburgh Hospitality & Events collection, who displays a positive can-do attitude and enjoys working within a diverse team. The successful candidate will be based at The Scholar Hotel; however, flexibility is required to support our other receptions.

In this role you will:
To succeed in this busy role, you will need strong multi-tasking skills, excellent commercial awareness, and a keen eye for detail. You will have experience in a busy front-facing customer service environment; a hospitality background; and the ability to deal with a multitude of customers, including students, in a professional manner. Flexibility to work across weekends is also required.
