Role: Front Office Duty Manager
Location: London SW5
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £35,000 p.a.



Are you a confident, professional and service-oriented Front Office Duty Manager? If so, we at Platinum Recruitment are working with a client located in the heart of London who is seeking someone permanently for their self-contained apartments!



What's on offer?

* Salary up to £35,000 p.a., depending on experience
* The typical schedule will be 4 days on and 4 days off
* Shifts from 7am to 7pm on a rotational basis
* Extra days will be paid in lieu of or overtime

Duty Manager Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency.
* Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Oversee the arrival and departure processes, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Handle guest rooming and invoicing accurately.
* Conduct thorough inspections of apartments before and after guest stays to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
* Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate services and address any issues that may arise.
* Report directly to the General Manager, providing updates on operations, guest feedback, and any significant issues that require attention.
* Occasionally inspect other properties within the ownership portfolio, including those with AST tenants. This may involve conducting inventories post-departure and before arrival, distributing keys, and ensuring tenants sign inventory agreements. Guidance will be provided by the General Manager for these tasks.
* Assist with inspections of privately owned apartments and properties as needed, following the direction of the General Manager.



Desired qualifications & skills:

* Previous experience in a front office or guest services managerial role within Hospitality or luxury accommodation preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A calm, composed demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
