Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking a Front of House Team Member at a client site to deliver a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, tenants, contractors and colleagues. • Basic IT skills including email and Microsoft 365.
• Flexible approach with willingness to support workplace events where needed.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Delivering a professional and welcoming experience at all times.
• Managing visitor sign-in procedures and issuing passes where required.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently.
• Responding to workplace requests, queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Managing internal systems including meeting room bookings and access passes.
• Supporting with workplace events and evening setup when required.
• Carrying out general administrative duties and maintaining accurate records.
• Logging incidents and maintaining site documentation.
• Supporting facilities administration, reports and compliance paperwork.
• Assisting the Workplace Manager with ad-hoc operational support.
• Participating in an on-call rota if required.
