Job summary

Scale Space LLP in London is seeking a friendly and professional Front of House team member to deliver exceptional service to our members and visitors. You will ensure a warm, efficient welcome, manage enquiries, and help keep the building running smoothly with a personal touch.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient Front of House service for all users and visitors.
• Recognise members and guests, greet by name and build relationships.
• Answer main phone line politely and relay messages.
• Ensure guests are signed in and have access cards.
• Keep Front of House immaculate and facilities ready.
• Check meeting rooms are set up for members.
• Conduct occasional tours for members/visitors.
• Assist in planning events and building health and safety procedures.
