Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Front of House team member at The Stables in Whitby. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks in a fast-paced, friendly environment by the coast.

• Front of House experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, proactive and engaging demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and professional manner.
• Take table orders and relay to the kitchen accurately.
• Serve food and drinks, upsell where appropriate, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Help with setup, clearing, and keeping the front-of-house area tidy and welcoming.
